If you are not totally satisfied with your new shoes, simply return them to us in the original box with all of the tags intact within 60 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund. Shoes must not be worn. When you inspect your new shoes, please try them on inside on carpeting for a brief time to discover if there are any fit problems.
If you are going to return a pair of shoes, please do not tape or affix a shipping label or postage directly to the box. Place the shoes in an outer wrapping (eg.,brown paper) or a box. Place a copy of this Return Policy in your package.
Convenient Returns. $7.00 cost
Put the UPS Return Label which is in your shoe box on your package. Take your package anywhere in the continental U.S. where there is a UPS store, UPS Drop Box, UPS truck or any other UPS drop-off location.
No postage is required. $7.00 will be deducted from your order refund for return shipping.
Save the bottom section of the return label which has your tracking number. You can track your package at www.ups.com.
Return on your own
Send your shoes back to Shoes on the Web. You pay the postage to the delivery service of your choice. Please ship with delivery confirmation for proof of delivery.

Orders shipped within the continental U.S.
If you are not completely satisfied with you order, we will be happy to exchange it – You will not be charged the $7.00 Convenient Returns shipping fee, and your new items will be shipped at no cost to you.
Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. If you need to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the shoes that you want. When we receive your shoes back, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the shoes, not the duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
Defective Merchandise and Shipping Errors
If the shoes you return are deemed as defective or if we made an error and shipped you a product that you did not order, the $7.00 Convenient Returns shipping charge will not be deducted from your refund. For international shipments, we will refund the cost of the shoes and shipping, however, customs, duties, taxes and other related charges are the sole responsibility of the of the customer and cannot be refunded.
